Chartered Institute of Arbitrators NY Branch – UNCITRAL Conference

A joint conference with UNCITRAL addressing the upcoming Guide to the New York Convention and other contemporary topics regarding the Convention. This conference is given in celebration of the Institute’s Centenary.

The Conference was introduced by Peter L. Michaelson, Chair of the New York Branch of the Chartered Institute with comments immediately thereafter by Charles Brown, President of the Chartered Institute. Following Mr. Brown’s comments, the substantive session began with each panel being introduced in turn by Thomas Halket, Vice Chair of the Branch.

The Conference occurred across two video-linked venues: in New York City at The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and in Vienna at the Vienna International Arbitration Center (VIAC).
